Sign in to capture, search, and sync plates.
Help
Operator flow: configure the site once, capture plates offline, search inventory, sync when online, then complete end of day.
iPad / iPhone app: open in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen. The shortcut opens full-screen like an app; data stays on this device in browser storage.
Configure site & default lot
Help
Lot state is the default on the capture screen; operators can change it per plate.
Lot timezone is saved at setup and used when displaying recorded dates and times.
Session timeout signs the operator out after inactivity (default 15 minutes) and returns them to login.
Setup caches location, lots, rows, states, users, and defaults locally for offline use. After install, login opens with your default lot and state. Change active lot from the Lot tab.

Active lot and row are used for new captures. Reset to default lot restores the lot and row from device setup.
On lot is the unique plate count in the active inventory cycle for the selected lot (matches the sync table). Recorded today splits new plates from duplicate scans the same day. Recorded yesterday and Overnight count vehicles still on the lot from prior days.
Each capture adds a new row. Duplicate scans the same day are allowed. Different inventory dates (e.g. yesterday and today) are kept separately for aging.

Help
Complete day uploads today's plates, calls LPIEndOdDayProcessingAPI, then refreshes inventory from the server. Plates recorded today are marked complete locally. Vehicles on the lot from prior days that were not recorded today are moved to audit on the server.
After completion, use Run Report for the daily inventory report (one row per plate with oldest date and day count), plus an aging summary (parked today, yesterday, and overnight). Download inventory exports the full active plate list.
